Used - Fine/Like New Tiny corner scuff and that almost invisible single ripple on back board that is a manufacturer's defect . vi, 426 p. : consisting of the 312 pages of the first edition, green separator and 313-426 pages of the Supplement. This copy has all the eight maps, in an envelope, and all like new.All the plates (illustrations) are present and perfect; one is a fold-out. Brown boards with gilt lettering, looking and feeling never-read, complete with the envelope of eight maps, all of them perfect condition. Includes Vancouver Island
NOTE: The first edition was issued in blue cloth binding with the paper envelope containing the maps. The second edition was issued in brown cloth binding and consisting of the sheets of the first edition with the new material bound in as a supplement. It was issued with the same envelope of maps-identical in the two edition. The new material was separately issued in paper back without maps
