The interior is clean without marks or signs of use. The first entry is Annemarie's Personal Cook Book, by Annemarie Huste. Huste was the Jackie Kennedy's personal chef until she (Huste) "talked to Maxine Cheshire, chronicler of the social and political elite for The Washington Post." She was immediatly fired but did recieve a cookbook contract, Annemarie's Personal Cook Book was published just after Mrs. Kennedy returned to New York after marrying Aristotle Onassis in 1968. In addition to Huste excerpt is "Appetizers and Canapes Cookbook by Lillian Langseth Christensen and Carol Sturm Smith; The Complete Book of Meat by Phyllis C.
