Well presented, with many delicious recipes suitable for diabetics (and anyone else who enjoys good food), the book includes color inserts of recipes as well as exchange values, calories, carbs, proteins, fats, cholesterol, sodium, and potassium levels with each recipe. The book is in Fine condition but with a remainder mark on the bottom edge. It is bound in a faux leather tan cloth with die-stamped gilt spine lettering. The unclipped dust jacket has a number os small tears (repaired on the reverse with non-acidic tape) and a small chip. The book measures 7 3/4 by 9 1/2 inches with 229 pages, including Index.. Hard Cover. Fine/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
