Type: Z 1005pp. 1985 (at the front of the book - 1988 - at the rear) First edition. Text in Italian. A lovely, fresh, clean, tight very good plus copy in similar jacket - the whole housed in a card slipcase. Something of a Bible on Italian cooking. The text supported by numerous colour photographic reproductions. No inscriptions. A bump to the lower front board edge - towards the corner with light associated creasing to the overlying jacket. The head of the spine a little bumped again with some light associated creasing to the head of the spine of the jacket. The jacket has not been price-clipped. The slipcase is in very good condition with a bump to one corner and slight rubbing to several corners. A lovely, fresh, clean, tight copy in very good slipcase.
