A very good copy with slight sunning to spine; slight warping and rubbing to covers; slight bumping to corners; slight internal browning to edges and endpapers.

Harper & Brothers, 1940. Hardcover. Very Good. 52 pp. Grey cloth cover has minor fading around edges and minor spotting in crease along spine. Spot on upper back cover. Corners are sharp. Pages are clean. Some minor staining inside front cover. Dust jacket has some small chipping and minor (less than 1/4") tears. Spine of just jacket has some sun-fading.

Chatto & Windus, 1940. 1st edition.. Hardback. Cloth spined boards, VG. viii+52pp, fore edge untrimmed, slight yellowing of the boards, a good copy. Poems by the American poet Frederic Prokosch [ 1908 - 1989 ] who late in life attempted to forge 'rarities' from his own Oeuvre.

Very Good. 1940 Harper stated 1st edition, VG+/VG-minus DJ in Mylar, price-clipped dustjacket has clear tape over spine ends, small traingular piece missing on rear panel, a few tiny nicks, in Mylar, previous owner's inscription on endpaper is only marking found, top corners lightly bumped, mild bump to top edge of rear board.
