Spotty stains and light creases on the covers, and owner's signature on the front. Pages 32-33 lightly tanned; otherwise clean and tight. A classic, vintage vegetarian cookbook! The author, Norman W. Walker (1886-1985), was a proponent of an all-vegetable diet, developed a type of vegetable juicer, and wrote numerous books claiming that eating only raw vegetables prevents disease, and that cooked foods and animal products are unhealthy.
