Hardcover with the original slipcase, signed by the author on the first blank end-paper, the book is in great shape, what appears to be a publishing defect has caused some fading to a small portion of the text on page 2 but the text is still readable, also, a few faint scuff-marks to the cloth on the front cover, the book is clean and attractive, the binding is tight and the contents are fine, the slipcase has some surface-wear to the original paper label on one side, all of the text on the label is unaffected and there are no other significant flaws, 320 pages, includes a section on herbs and wines and a Restaurant Index and Recipe Index; Signed by Author .
