New York: Viking Press. Fine in Very Good dust jacket. (1967). First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Black cloth cover with blue lettering on spine. Binding sound. Signed by author on title page. Cover is clean with sharp corners. There is very minor rubbing at corners on the bottom edges of the boards. Top edge tinted green and has light tanning. No ownership or other marks. Unclipped DJ has light wear at edges with a few short tears on top edge and a 1 inch tear at top rear along spine and some fine black specks on lower portion of rear. DJ now in archival sleeve. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 240 pages; Signed by Author .
