I grew up with Jello as a dessert for special occasions (the 1940s-50s). I had lost my original book that I bought new in the 1960s and remembered it being so good that I wanted to replace that copy. I have not been disappointed. Love Jello and these recipes are so pretty and special and make a beautiful presentation for special occasions or just for fun. Easy-to-find ingredients and good instructions. It's a fun book. Most of the recipes can also be converted to sugar-free Jello so it's also great for those watching sugar intake.
