A rather rare cookbook from Hawai'i. The book is still in good shape, the dust jacket, not so much. The beginnings of foxing showing on the page edges. Otherwise, the pages are clean and tight. The red fabric covered boards show little wear. As you can see from the photos, the jacket (price clipped) has suffered greatly and probably should be covered or discarded. 300 traditional Chinese recipes, along with discussion of the cultural influences in Chinese cooking. Originally published in 1956.
