This classic old cook book's exterior has worn areas on all for corners and at the top and base edges of the spine as well in one place on the rear cover's bottom edge. The interior pages, though yellowed a bit, have no visible extraneous markings on them until the back inside cover where a past book owner wrote some extra recipes. The is also a small piece missing from the bottom of the title page

I received this cook book as a gift for my wedding in 1951. it is my absolute favorite of all the many cook books I have. it covers every category that you could ever think of, including pressure cooking and canning. I have used this all these years but the book is literally falling apart. My children, grandchildren and probably my great grandchildren have all used recipes from this book.
