This book first introduced reboux to American audiences. He was born in Paris where his mother was famous in the world of fashion. In 1923 he became literary director of PARIS-SOIR. A collection of varied recipes written in the French way without the ingredients set forward and allowing the home cook ample room for culinary experimentation. No markings, VG in clipped VG(-) Dj with spine panel slightly faded, small skinned spot to lower spine panel, closed tear to rear panel. Dj is in mylar sleeve. (1.9 JM HOQ 100/a1. 1st. Hardcover. Postage is $6.99 US, media mail for the first book the US weighing up to 2 pounds; $3.00 for each additional book for shipping by media mail to the US for books weighing up to 2 pounds. Books weighing more than 2 pounds, and priority shipping will be quoted. We are glad to quote delivery cost to international buyers. Books are carefully wrapped and shipped in corrugated cardboard cartons. Books are returnable for a full refund if the book is not as described.
