The National Training School Of Cookery, Buckingham Palace Road London was founded in 1873, changed its name to The National Training School of Cookery and Other Branches of Domestic Economy in 1902 and, in 1931 became The National Training College of Domestic Subjects. Inadequately funded, it closed in 1962.(Wikipedia) Very Good (Book- Moderate colour rubbing/shelf wear to cloth, no notable soiling. Mild offset browning to free end papers.
