Contents are a series of articles for various publications including Outing Magazine, The Youth's Companion, The American Boy's Magazine, and The Black Cat. 5 of these stories did not make it into the 1921 edition. Appears to have two identical facsimile title pages tipped in (consequently lacking the original title; the frontis is NOT in facsimile). The text has some moderate foxing throughout. An early owner's blind stamped name is on the first page of the text. There is a folding newspaper article pasted onto the rear pastedown. More than Mercer House: Savannah's Jim Williams & his Southern Houses written and signed by Dorothy Kingery, the hardcover book is like new except at the last page the sewn in bindings comes a little away from the book just for about 1/3 of the way up, no pages are loose and it's the very end of the book, the buckram black cover is beautiful; the dj has edge and cover wear to the front, but still looks good in the sense that you can still see the cover and back photographs very well.
