Spine slightly sunned, covers otherwise are in very sound condition. Endpapers are lightly foxed and text is age-toned, and has a very occasional spot, binding is tight, map is in clean, crisp condition. Background and descriptions of Washington's buildings and institutions, along with illustrations.
