Square 4to, 333pp. Bound in French style; the brown DJ, integral to book, protects the paper covers . Bound in such a way that there are no single leaves. All leaves connected at top or fore edge. The limitation & title pages were connected at top. Uncut only so they could be photographed. Written in French. "AS NEW" inside. Book has only (2) flaws. (1) spine corners w minor wear. (2) cover & exposed deckle edges lightly sunned. Tight binding. Perfectly smooth spine. Both boards double edge ruled in gilt. Gilt lettered author/title on front cover. Gilt title(only) on spine. Limitation page states: "...300 exemplaires numerotes sur papier pur fils lafuma ........". Preface by Robert De Flers. Chapter initials, head & tail pieces in red. Half title page, limitation page & frontis in same red. Title page lettered in red & black inside a red border. Several in text illus in same red. .
