Light stains on the front cover, clean back cover and spine. Tight binding. No cracks. No loose pages. The pages are in very good condition - mostly clean with no writing and only a small stain at the bottom edge of "Salad Recipe" page and some small foxing spots to the end papers; small tears at the top and bottom edges of the front blank end paper, and a 1" tear at the bottom edge of the half title page. The Royal Flush illustration page is attached, but separated from the spine half-way up from the bottom. There are a few small paper tears at the hinge between the front pastedown and end paper. Overall the book is in very good condition.
