Four full page colour plates plus several mono illustrations throughout, some printed in black and some in blue, by Peter Scott. A fine and clean copy in a contemporary fine leather binding by Bayntun,of half red morocco. Spine with two raised bands, ruled in blind. Gilt lettering and twin goose designs, all in gilt. Red cloth on boards/ Mottled endpapers. Top edge gilt. Neat previous owner two line inscription, dated 1960, on the front blank free endpaper. A fine and attractive copy of this classic work.
