There is no table of contents or index; common section divisions from appitizers to vegetables. Pages 37-98 are recipes; each division has a page of local business advertisements including the historic landmarks: Sam's Sea Food Spa, John The Food King and Glider'er Inn and Eat. Recipes include the contributor's name. Surface damage to the cover, missing a dime sized area of glossy paper, some pin holes and scuff. The binding is unbroken. There is general tone throughout and some edge wear. Overall an attractive copy and part of California's food history. ; 8vo .
