Clean, bright covers with very good edges and tips. Spine a little faded but strong and complete. Contents clean and unmarked. Elizabeth David was a highly respected cookery writer and cook. At the time the book was originally written and published, the ingredients seemed quite exotic to the British public and she became a respected authority on cooking well using the ingredients and herbs at hand. Not exlib and packed and sent with care.
