Condition of the book is GOOD; Spine ends worn,, rear hinge cracked, but holding, heraldic bookplate of James Grant McPherson on front paste down, with motto �touch not the cat bot a glove�, dated 1895, also on the 2nd front endpaper is the signature of Ida Rust McPherson, dated 1894, one of the McPherson's has written a few marginal notes in pencil in the text, otherwise very clean.
