From an edition of 450, 250 of which were sewn into marbled papers, 100 quarter bound in buckram, and 50 bound in goatskin, this copy is an out-of-series (unnumbered) example of the latter 50. Printed at the Libanus Press in Marlborough, England on Zerkall mould-made paper. A beautiful and collectible item. The source material for Paul Auster's screenplay and the film Smoke.
