Illustrated with 12 photogravures and in-text illustrations by Maurice Leloir.

London: Williams and Norgate, 1910. First edition with these illustrations (hardback). 8vo (26cm by 19cm), viii, 187pp. 12 colour plates by Everard Hopkins, mounted on grey art card. Original blue cloth, gilt titling to the spine, gilt titling and design to the front board, top edge gilt. Light chafing to the extremities of the bindong, considerable foxing to the preliminary pages, lacks the tissue protector to the frontispiece, binding bright. Overall, this book is in good plus condition.
