Illustrated with 3 tipped-in colour plates, 2 tipped-in monochrome plates, 4 full-page sepia drawings and several headers and tailpieces. 32pp. A very good copy, the binding square and firm with a couple of small splash marks to the edges of the upper board and a little wear to the spine ends and corners. The contents with the occasional spot of light foxing and a little creasing to the corner of a couple of the tipped-in plates are otherwise in very good order. A wonderful insight into cycling in the 1930s, with illustrated advertisements for everything from horns, baskets, and satchels, to bells, peddles, and leggings.

Illustrated with an engraved frontispiece. 107pp. A very good copy, the binding firm with a little rubbing and marking to the boards and minor wear to the corners of the boards and tips of the spine. The contents are in very good order throughout. An attractive edition of this popular tale, first published in 1806. This was Cottin's final and most famous work, telling the story of a young woman who travels from Siberia to St. Petersburg to secure a pardon for her exiled father.

Publisher's original brown cloth with titles in gilt to the spine, in dustwrapper. Illustrated with eight black and white plates and three facsimiles of manuscripts. A very good copy, the binding square and firm with a very slight hint of cracking to the front hinge and a small bump to the foot of the lower board. The contents remain in very good order throughout. The dustwrapper with some marking to the rear panel and the odd minor nick the extremities is otherwise also very good. A reproduction of the jounral and letters of Ralph Clark, a member of the First Fleet, the fleet of eleven ships which brought the first British colonists and convicts to Australia.

Publisher's original green cloth with titles in gilt to the spine. 155pp. A very good copy, the binding tight with a little darkening to the spine and wear to the extremities. The contents with toning to the endpapers are otherwise in very good order and clean throughout. A nice copy of the last work published in Tennyson's lifetime, gifted by the man himself.

An act making it an offence to sell adulterated tea, with a fine of £5 for each pound in weight of adulterated or imitation tea. The act also required anyone found in possession of any more than six pounds in weight of the offending 'imitation' leaves prove that they had permission to gather the leaves from the tree's owner and that the leaves would not be put to use in the creation of imitation tea.

Illustrated throughout with black and white photographs. 48pp. A good copy of a somewhat fragile production, the binding secure with a faint vertical fold, some minor nicks to the edges, a minor chip to the bottom corner of the rear cover, and a couple of small marks to the covers. The contents with a previous owner's name to the inside of the front cover, toning to the pages (due to the wartime paper quality), a small mark to a handful of page margins, and a small crease to the bottom tip of the corner of pp.35-48, are otherwise in very good order.
