Thus it is both an early linguistic handbook of the Ethiopian language and a historical curiosity relating to the Second Italo-Ethiopian War (1934-36), published at the height of Mussolinis popularity by a Fascist press. The author also wrote a few books in Italian about Islam and Mohammed.This copy is completely intact in its original paperback edition but rebound as a hardcover with numerous blank pages preceding and following the original edition.
