The Talisman by Stephen King (preceded by Carrie, Salem's Lot, The Shining, The Stand, The Long Walk, The Dead Zone, Firestarter by King and Ghost Story by Straub) Hardcover First Edition -First Printing New York: Viking, 1984, 645 pages. $18.95 cover price. A first printing because of a lack a printing number-line on the copyright page which was Viking's way of identifying first printings until 1989. Red cloth spine and black boards.
Fine- in Fine- Dust Jacket, an excellent copy, by no means flawless, but pretty solid, boards actually pretty clean and corners are straight, two dust spots on the front board, slight hint of reading wear and but text-block is generally quite nice, overall a generally nice copy. The dust jacket is near-perfect save a hint of edge-wear to the spine and upper front edge. Priced to sell.

Near Fine in Fine Dustjacket, with very slight discoloration to bottom edge, not affecting the inner pages. Very difficult to obtain signed as she is a German writer.

Cover artwork and interior illustrations all by Clive. Fine in Fine Dust Jacket, a beautiful near-perfect copy with only the slightest hint of aging in a perfect dust jacket. Three Hearts and Three Lions by Poul Anderson Hardcover First Edition - First Printing Doubleday 1961. States "First Edition" on copyright page and $2.95 cover price on front dust jacket flap. Dust Jacket art by Edward Gorey. (NOTE: this is NOT a book club copy)
Fine in Fine- Dust Jacket, NOT price-clipped. Just about as nice a copy as you'll find of Anderson's best fantasy novel. Book itself is near perfect with straight corners, clean boards and clean pages, just a couple of tiny pin-sized dirt marks on the back boards, almost imperceptible. Dust Jacket has NO tears, just very slight edge-wear and some slight soiling to the back which is very common with Doubleday editions from circa 1960 to 1980. Overall a beautiful copy of an uncommon book, especially in this condition. LW. Currey has about four copies currently, none appear to be as good as this one based on his descriptions. NOTE: This is NOT a BCE edition.
