No ownership marks or interior marks, no foxing, pages gorgeous, but some wear to front and back inside covers where dustjacket was previously affixed, with a faint doubling of the jacket panel on inside front free endpaper. An appealing first printing of Dalton Trumbo's classic anti-war novel, serialized one year later in the Communist Party's Daily Worker.
