A scarce copy of probably the first book giving details of cooking by electricity. 184 recipes with extra cake recipes at rear, Pictures include an early electric kitchen and examples of electric cookers byJackson, Canon General Electric, Nightingall, Eclipse, etc. Couple of small annotations otherwise a clean copy with light rubbing to edges. A very nice scarce item . Pictures available.
