The author is a pastry chef is is now probably best known for his informative blogs on Paris, where he lives now. Lemon Semifreddo; French Gnger Cake; No Machine Chocolate Banana Ice Crean; Robert's Absolute Best Brownies. His recipes are approachable in that they don't seem two comlicated. I like his cookie recipes best. He is abit of a cookie monster: the recipes are always for more than 2 dozen cookies.
