Page edges neatly opened and cut, somewhat foxed, a little browned and scuffed. Pasted between first and second endpapers is a presentation certificate signed by the members of Wesley's Chapel Choir. Hardcover, 2016, first UK edition, first print, published by Zaffre, London, 343 pages +. Flat-signed by author on title page. No dust jacket but rare white cloth binding, where hardback copies of this title/edition/printing normally have black cloth binding. Rear board has printed towards its base "Coming March 2016" (the date of UK publication, predating the US publication date of 19 April 2016), which, combined with the unusual white cloth, indicates that while apparently being a first edition and first print, it seems to be an advance/preview copy, or some kind of special printing or proof. At the very least, it seems to be an unusual copy.
In good condition, possibly unread. Some scuffing and marking to binding but reasonably clean and firm, with the odd dent. Page edges and surfaces very clean, no marginalia, underlining, etc. See pictures for more information.
